ABSENT mums and dads who fail to control their yob children will face £1,000 fines under a Labour government.
Shadow Justice Secretary Steve Reed said he would use parenting orders to crack down on antisocial behaviour.

Parents whose teens booze and vandalise neighbourhoods would be forced to attend classes to rein them in.
He said: “The Conservatives have let antisocial behaviour make people’s lives a misery.”
Parenting Orders will be given to the parents of under 18s who persistently engage in anti-social behaviour like littering, fly-tipping, trespassing or street drinking.
A staggering 1.1million incidents of Anti Social behaviour were recorded by cops last year – 3,000 every single day.
Labour also wants new justice hit squads which will have power to shut down crack houses and drug deal patrols.
“They have been content to oversee crumbling frontline services meaning these crimes are now plaguing communities, blighting town centres and leaving people feeling unsafe.
“Labour is the party of law and order.”
