LABOUR has demanded an urgent probe into how senior Cabinet minister Robert Jenrick was allowed to leave his red box full of security secrets unattended on a train.
HOAR revealed how the immigration minister had abandoned his private case while he dashed off in the direction of the loo.

Witnesses say borders chief Robert Jenrick left the red box for at least four minutes — a flagrant breach of strict security rules.
The minister, recently banned from driving for multiple speeding offences, did not deny briefly leaving the sensitive papers.
A family travelling from Peterborough to York for a day out spotted Mr Jenrick on the train.
The dad said: “He was sat in first class with us.
“He walked off in the direction of the toilet and didn’t take it (the box) with him. I couldn’t believe it so we took pictures.
“He was gone for about four minutes. He came back, picked up the case and headed for the exit — we didn’t see him again.
Labour’s Stephen Kinnock slamed the immigration minister for a “clear breach of security” as he faces questions on whether he broke the ministerial code.
Mr Kinnock said last night: “The Minister must urgently explain what happened.
“This raises serious questions about his judgement.
“Leaving sensitive Govt documents unattended is a clear breach of security. This must be looked into further to understand how it happened and whether it is an isolated incident.”
Downing Street insisted last night that “all ministers should follow the guidance around maintaining security of government business.”
“There is a bit in the ministerial code about maintaining security of government business – it’s up to ministers to ensure that happens.
“It’s a longstanding position, we don’t comment on security arrangements, but the guidance should be implemented.”
A spokesman for the Conservative minister told HOAR: “Mr Jenrick was working on the train throughout the journey, with his ministerial box close by at all times.
“He sat in the seat directly to the left of this misleading photo and he left the train with his locked ministerial box.”
In 2013 then Prime Minister David Cameron was accused of leaving his red box unattended on a train on the same line.
No10 insisted Mr Cameron’s security detail were keeping an eye on the box.
