CORONATION Street has revealed whether the horrific acid attack twist that saw Ryan Connor scarred for life will see any major returns to the soap.
In last night’s episode of the ITV soap DJ Ryan was covered in acid by Daisy Midgeley’s stalker Justin in a terrifying attack.

Ryan’s mum won’t be rushing to his bedside in Coronation Street
It has led to Coronation Street fans questioning whether his mum, Michelle Connor – who is played by actress Kym Marsh – will make a return.
However HOAR can reveal that there are no plans for Kym to return to the cobbles at this time.
Actress Kym quit the soap in 2019 insisting she was just taking a break.
But four years later her career has gone from strength to strength with hosting duties on Morning Live, appearances on Strictly Come Dancing, film roles and starring on the revival of Waterloo Road.
Meanwhile her Corrie on-screen son has been left facing a long recovery following the attack last night.
As Daisy stepped out ready to go to the wedding venue, Ryan told the one remaining drinker that it was time to go.
But as Daisy walked out she heard Justin behind her, saying: “Look at you.
“You think everyone wants you because you’re so perfect, don’t you? No-one’s going to want you after this.”
With that he threw a glass of liquid at Daisy by Ryan dived in the way not realising what it was.
He fell to the floor screaming in agony as some of the acid began burning on his face and on Daisy’s skin.
She crawled over to Ryan who was rolling around the floor in agony and grabbed her phone to call an ambulance.
Daisy dragged him into the back and into the bathroom and put him in the shower, holding the constant flow of water over his wounds.
She ran into the kitchen and grabbed scissors to cut away Ryan’s melting shirt as he screamed in agony.
The police and ambulance quickly arrived with Daisy ripping into the detective for not stopping Justin before he did this.
After Ryan and Daisy were taken to hospital, news got to the wedding party and Daniel and Jenny rushed to be with her.
Alya soon followed to be with Ryan – but seeing Alya’s distress, Daisy went outside for some air.
She was horrified to see Justin staring at her – and ran to confront him.
He insisted he loved her so she manipulated him into opening his car and she then grabbed the keys, hit the horn and attacked him until the police arrived to arrest him.
