The stalker has been waiting for his dramatic trial to begin and initially pleaded not guilty for Ryan’s acid attack, as witnessed by Daniel Osbourne.
Coming up on the ITV soap next week, Daisy (played by Charlotte Jordan) is well aware that Justin is due back in court that same day and is left on edge.
She confides in both Daniel (Rob Mallard) and his father Ken Barlow (William Roache) and explains she will never relax until her tormentor is behind bars.
Later on in the Rovers, the barmaid tells her stepmother Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) that Justin pleaded guilty to the assault on her – but he roams free.
Jenny tries to find the words to reassure her and insists it’ll be a different story after the trial.
While Daisy struggle to overcome the trauma and fear Justin accustomed her to when he became obsessed with her, Ryan Connor’s wounds left him down in the dumps.
