DANNY Dyer reunited with his EastEnders family as he prepares to leave the BBC One soap.

The 44-year-old revealed in January he’d quit his role as Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter.

Yesterday actor Danny joined a host of his co-stars for dinner, with Rose Ayling-Ellis – who plays his on-screen daughter Frankie Lewis – sharing a sweet snap on Instagram.

Also present were EastEnders legend Charlie Brooks, who stars as Mick’s current girlfriend Janine Butcher, and Kellie Bright aka his wife Linda Carter.

Maddie Hill and James Farrar, who play couple Nancy Carter and Zack Hudson on the show, and Shirley Carter actress Linda Henry finished the star-studded line-up.

Rose captioned her upload: “So much love for my EE family ?❤.”

It was revealed this week that Danny is set to present a new Netflix quiz show after he bows out of Albert Square.

He will host new show Cheat, which will see contestants use their general knowledge skills or blag their way to £50,000.

He will be joined by co-host, comedian Ellie Taylor, for the quiz programme which is due to launch next year.

Danny said of his exciting new role: “Expect enormous wins, loads of slippery people cheating and banter.”

Since opting not to renew his contract with EastEnders, Danny has also signed up to present a travel show with daughter Dani.

The travel programme – set to air on E4 – will see him and his former Love Island star eldest child tour the globe together.

A TV insider said: “Nobody would have predicted this would have been his first move, even though he did say at the time he was keen to ‘try some other stuff’.”
