EASTENDERS’ Danielle Harold has shared an emotional tribute to her ‘mini me’ on-screen daughter.
Danielle, 30, plays Lola Pearce in the BBC soap and is currently in the midst of a heart-breaking storyline after Lola was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour.

Isabella Brown plays Lexi Pearce, Lola’s daughter
The scenes have been made all the more emotional because of Isabella Brown, who plays Lola’s daughter Lexi.
In a new post on Instagram, Danielle paid tribute to the 10-year-old alongside a picture of her and co-star Max Bowden – who plays Lexi’s dad Ben Mitchell – kissing her on each cheek.
She wrote alongside it: “I Couldn’t of asked for a better mini me this little one makes me so proud everyday.”
EastEnders viewers agreed, with one replying: “She’s absolutely incredible isn’t she? I’m not looking forward to Lola’s passing and you leaving as it is as that’s heart-breaking but seeing Lexi in bits is gonna be even worse.”
Another added: “A star in the making.”
A third commented: “Aw love this picture She’s a little superstar & is truly gonna shine in this storyline.”
Meanwhile Patsy Kensit, who recently joined the soap to play Lola’s mum, wrote: “love you both” alongside lots of heart emojis.
Earlier this week, EastEnders appeared to confirm Lola’s death during the flashforward scene.
Monday’s instalment of the program ended in a grisly flashforward teasing a huge death on Christmas 2023.
For the show’s 38th anniversary, six of Walford’s main ladies could be seen standing over a dead body in the Vic with Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) dressed in a wedding gown.
However, the victim’s identity remains a mystery.
Another detail sent fans into a frenzy last night as some noticed a small addition on the bar which confirmed another devastating death.
“OMG did anyone notice Lola’s photo on the bar at the end? Meaning she must of just recently passed sadly. Hopefully not right at Christmas though, especially not for poor little Lexi”, one viewer commented.
Another penned: “WHAT AN EPISODE! So many questions! Sharon in a wedding dress?! Cufflinks?! Who’s dead?! Who dunnit?! 10 months wait!! Framed pic of Lola.”
A third soap fan jumped in: “Idc who tf they killed BUT LOLA’S FRAMED PHOTO IS BREAKING MY HEART.”
