EASTENDERS legend Phil Mitchell is known for his tough exterior, but his interiors and home have struck some fans as unusual.
Phil actor Steve McFadden joined the long-running soap in 1990 and instantly became a fan favourite along with the rest of the Mitchell clan.

Phil has caused drama in EastEnders for decades, but he had fans talking for another reason after a recent episode.
In yesterday’s outing to Walford, Ravi Gulati visited Phil to ask him to give Chelsea Fox her job back at Peggy’s.
Phil accused Chelsea of stealing the £10,000 from the safe, although onlookers learnt the real truth, that it was, in fact, Keanu Taylor who stole the money.
Luckily for Keanu, Kat Slater convinced Phil to phone the police and not go on a war rampage.
Keanu and Phil have a long and complicated history, so viewers won’t be surprised if things take a turn for the worse.
A disgusted viewer said: “Yuck, bird poo on Phil’s door #Eastenders.”
Another question: “Why is there bird poo on Phil’s front door!”
“How and why is Keanu still walking and breathing after robbing 10 grand from Phil’s safe? #EastEnders”,
A third said, “How did bird poop get on Phil’s door #EastEnders.”
“Some excellent realism from the #EastEnders prop department tonight by adding a bird poo onto Phil’s door”, an onlooker chimed in.
EastEnders airs from Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
Phil has been a resident of Walford since 1990.
