Jacqueline Jossa reveals how long she'll be back on the popular BBC soap

EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa has finally spoken out about her return to the hit soap opera. The actress, who played Lauren Branning from 2010 to 2018, took a break before making a brief comeback last year. Now, she's set to make an explosive return after five years away.

Permanent Comeback

In an Instagram live session, Jacqueline opened up about her return, stating that it's not just a brief visit this time. She said, "It's as permanent as anyone there is permanent. Obviously, you can get written out at any time, but yeah, it's not a flying visit this time, it's back back."

Concerns and Excitement

Jacqueline expressed worries about coming back and ruining the recent success of the soap. She said, "It's been so good recently. I'm actually worried to come back and ruin it. It's been so good. I've absolutely loved it."

Family and Work Balance

The actress, who is a mother to Mia, five, and Ella, eight, shared her thoughts on balancing work and her children. Jacqueline explained that her daughters are in school and have after-school clubs, which allows her to have some spare time. She feels ready to go back to work and is confident that she can make it work with the support of her family and even the school community.

Supportive Husband

According to Jacqueline's husband, Dan Osborne, she was initially worried about returning to EastEnders. However, now she is excited and feels that the timing is right for her comeback.

A Love Story

Jacqueline and Dan tied the knot in 2017 after dating since 2013.
