EASTENDERS legend Danny Dyer has hinted at making a huge return to movies after quitting the soap.

Danny, 45, made his exit from the BBC One soap last Christmas as Mick Carter departed after nine years.

In a social media post, Danny revealed he caught up with Nick Love who directed The Business

Viewers watched as the fan-favourite character apparently vanished at sea after entering the water to save his ex wife Linda.

With Danny appearing in a number of new shows and also fronting Netflix’s quiz show Cheat, he’s hinted at returning to movies.

He starred in various movies before joining EastEnders including The Business, Vendetta and The Football Factory.

And in a social media post, Danny revealed he caught up with Nick Love who directed The Business.

Posting on Instagram, Danny wrote: “Just had a strong meet with the beautiful Nick Love…gonna get back on the horse with him.

“A f***ing powerful thing is coming….”

Meanwhile, HOAR recently revealed how Danny was able to take part in this year’s Soccer Aid after Mark Wright stepped down.

An insider said: “Danny is a huge football fan and Soccer Aid is a dream gig for him.

“Previously he’s refused to take part if Mark is on the team.

“Danny is buzzing he can now be a part of it and he is looking forward to walking out at Old Trafford tonight.”

The actor recently became a grandad after his eldest daughter Dani gave birth to twins.
