EASTENDERS’ Lorraine Stanley looked completely different to her character Karen Taylor in a chic black gown at the British Soap Awards tonight.
The actress, who has played the launderette assistant on the BBC show since 2017, was all smiles as she posed for snaps on the red carpet of the annual ceremony in Manchester this evening.

The soap star accessorised with a pair of orange block heels and a floral clutch.
Usually on EastEnders Lorraine’s alter-ego opts for an au naturel and her hair styled in a high bun.
This evening she looked incredible with her hair in loose waves and a full face of make-up.
