Cindy torn between investors

Viewers of tonight's episode of EastEnders were left stunned as Cindy Beale, played by Michelle Collins, prepares to go to war with another resident of Walford. This comes after an explosive showdown with businessman Nish Panesar in the Queen Vic in the previous episode.

Investment plans in tatters

Cindy, who is determined to establish her and Ian's pie and mash shop in Walford, initially looked to Nish as an investor. However, she was forced to tear up their contract after he insulted her parenting skills. With her plans in jeopardy, she turned to other potential investors, including Phil Mitchell, but was quickly shut down by Ian.

A twist of fate

Just when it seemed all hope was lost, Cindy's ex George Knight, played by Colin Salmon, revealed to their daughters Anna and Gina that he had received an offer for their bar in Marbella. However, the girls were instructed not to inform Cindy, who has been estranged from them since 2014. Anna eventually caved and divulged the secret to her mother, sparking Cindy's determination to take action.

A fight for what's rightfully hers

Seething with anger, Cindy confronts Ian and reveals her plan to get her share of the money from George's bar sale. She declares that she will do whatever it takes to claim what is rightfully hers. Impressed by Cindy's determination, Ian agrees to join the fight.

A battle begins

But Cindy and Ian know that George won't give up the cash willingly, setting the stage for a heated war between the former couple. Viewers were left astounded by the shocking turn of events and took to social media to speculate about the outcome.

EastEnders airs on BBC One and is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
