EASTENDERS star Gurlaine Kaur Garcha has teases possible tension between Ash and Suki Panesar when the matriarch’s romance with Eve Unwin is revealed.

Suki struggled with Ash being bisexual, leading to more confrontation between the pair.
But now Suki has succumbed to her feelings for Eve (Heather Peace) with the women sharing a steamy night together before she left for Mumbai.
It’s left fans wondering how Ash will react when she discovers her mother’s latest romance, considering how she made her feel about her own attraction to women.
Speaking exclusively to HOAR Online, actress Gurlaine said: “You would hope that it can kind of be something she could relate to.
“And a connection between her and her mum which has been unspoken until now.
“They’ve always had a connection but never been able to put their finger on it, what that connection is, so maybe this is it.”
But Gurlaine also hinted it could go the other way entirely, and Ash could be angry with her mum for giving her such a hard time in the past when it came to her sexuality.
She said: “Let’s not lie, it’s been no secret Suki hasn’t always been accepting of Ash’s sexuality.
“So it could go the complete opposite way, it could be a situation where Ash is angry, like, ‘you gave me such a hard time’.
“We’ll have to see which way it goes, but it’s going to be an interesting story.”
