Coronation Street has cast Jon-Paul Bell for a dastardly new role too.

He will arrive on the cobbles tonight as Ben Chancellor after being summoned by Imran Habeeb.

Ben is a dodgy paralegal who has no qualms about manufacturing evidence to help his clients get the results they want.

In Friday night’s episode of the soap, viewers watched Imran call Ben for help in his custody battle against Abi Franklin.
