EMMERDALE fans are disgusted with Colin Hamston over his behaviour of son Marshall.
The councillor – who is played by actor Mark Noble in the ITV soap – was more concerned about trying to convert his son into being straight than helping him after he was rushed to hospital.

Marshall consumed too much alcohol
Laurel found Marshall unconscious having choked on his own vomit after downing a full bottle of vodka.
She screamed for Jai and he summoned an ambulance,.
Marshall was rushed to hospital and fortunately pulled through – but his abusive dad was called too.
And after clashing with Laurel over what happened, Colin tried again to poison his son against himself.
“I hoped my love for you would be enough to bring you back, and see things my way,” he told Marshall.
“But it was never going to work, was it? I see that now. I can’t tell you how to live your life son and from now on I’m not going to.”
Marshall became emotional thinking his dad was ready to accept him, but that wasn’t the case.
Colin added: “Only God can do that. Only he can show you the way and I think he’s done that, don’t you?
“You almost died being around sin. It almost killed you. The Lord saved you. He gave you a second chance, the chance to lead a good clean life.
“You want to be with me and mum in heaven, don’t you?”
Arthur stormed in and sent Colin packing but Marshall was devastated.
One wrote: “I feel so sorry for Marshall…”
A second said: “Marshall’s dad is vile!”
Another added: “Are you for real, Marshall’s dad?!”
