FANS of Emmerdale have been left convinced that all is not as it seems following Dawn Taylor’s baby revelation.
The reformed mum, played by Olivia Bromley, confirmed her happy news but it wasn’t without a few mix-ups before hand.

But fans think there is another baby twist for Gabby
During last night’s hour-long edition of the ITV soap opera, Kim Tate became curious after spotting a pregnancy test in one of the bins at Home Farm.
Gabby Thomas was not feeling her best self as she seemed to have been hit by a stomach bag.
Feeling tired and unable to drink any of her morning coffee, Kim’s mind raced that Gabby had fallen pregnant.
Worried about the circumstance, Gabby was left a jilted bride when Nicky Milligan left her on their wedding day.
He confessed to the young mum that it had all been a sham and a ploy for her father, Caleb, to get his hands on Kim’s millions.
Nicky also admitted the truth that he was gay and he and Gabby could not be married.
Gabby and Nicky had also made a pact to not sleep together again until after the wedding, unbeknown to Kim, meaning Gabby’s chances of being pregnant were very slim.
Kim later confronted the youngster about it and offered to support her all the way but Gabby insisted it was not her text and when Dawn bolted through the door to be sick, it did not take long for them to twig who the testing kit’s real owner was.
Dawn then took another test and invited hubby Billy and her dad Will to revel in the good news that she was in fact pregnant.
But some fans think there is another twist yet to come and are convinced that Gabby actually IS pregnant.
Writing online, one said: “Any one thinking same as me is gabby pregnant??”
Replying to the comment, one said: “I think so.”
As another echoed: “I think she is too xx.”
Gabby is already a mum to Thomas, her child with Kim’s estranged son, Jamie Tate.
