Background

Emmerdale fans are on the edge of their seats as tension builds up to the Super Soap Week death. In the latest episode, killer Amy Wyatt, portrayed by actress Natalie Ann Jamieson, issued a chilling threat to Mackenzie Boyd. This comes after Amy discovered Mack's plans to persuade Chloe to leave the village.

Escape from Scandal

Viewers are well aware that Mackenzie's desire to relocate Chloe stems from his intention to evade ex-lover Charity Dingle's revelation about their secret tryst last month. Amy, however, was not impressed with Mackenzie's interference and hit back.

The Argument

When Mackenzie questioned Amy about why she was meddling, she responded, "I just told her how I feel and I'm sorry if that upsets you, but…" Mack then expressed his puzzlement, stating that he couldn't understand why Amy couldn't see how much he cares for Chloe and Reuben.

Amy replied, "I can, you proposing again properly. That was good of you. So it's not off the table then, you two moving…" However, she maintained that rushing into anything without reason seemed unnecessary.

Mack attempted to cover up his true intentions by claiming that he wants them to be happy. But Amy pointed out the contradiction, questioning why he would confront her if he didn't want to pressure Chloe. She warned him that if he were to hurt Chloe again, she would make him pay.

Fans Worried

Given Amy's history of killing Frank Clayton, Emmerdale fans are legitimately concerned that she may resort to violence once again. Viewers have taken to social media to express their unease, with one person noting, "Amy has the look of danger in her eyes." Another fan added, "Oh no, Amy might do something again!"

As Super Soap Week approaches, it remains to be seen what will transpire and if Amy's threat will lead to another tragedy.
