Emmerdale's Danny Miller has hinted at the return of a beloved character after campaigning for their comeback behind the scenes. Miller, who recently returned to the ITV soap as Aaron Dingle, has expressed his desire to see his character's husband, Robert Sugden, played by Ryan Hawley, make a comeback.
A Devoted Fanbase
Miller and Hawley, affectionately known as "Robron" by Emmerdale fans, were separated when Robert was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. Despite the circumstances, Miller would love to see Robert return to the show. He shared, "Every single day I get a video or message saying 'Bring back Robron!'"
Aaron's Character Development
Some fans hope that Robert's return would bring out a kinder side of Aaron's character, who has been portrayed as angry and vile since his return to the show. Fans have expressed their dislike for this current version of the character on social media, with one fan stating, "Aaron is still the same selfish self-pitying indulgent juvenile self-centred idiot who always wants to make everything about himself. He is absolutely unbearable."
