Craig Tinker (portrayed by Colson Smith) is over the moon when he is told he’s been given a secondment with the CID and immediately tells his fiancée, Faye Windass (Ellie Leach), next week.
Following the news, Faye comes up with an idea to celebrate and she tells Craig’s mother Beth, Sally Metcalfe and Izzy Armstrong how she plans to throw a surprise party for Craig.
In later scenes, Jackson Hodge (Joseph William Evans) and Miley (Frankie-Jae Simmonds) persuade Faye to help her with her family tree school project.
But Faye isn’t the only one to join as Gary Windass (Mikey North) also contribute to Miley’s family tree.
When Jackson praises her, Faye basks in his flattery – which doesn’t go unnoticed by Gary.
Convinced something is going on, the former military questions Faye about her true feelings for Jackson.
And while she admits Jackson tried to kiss her, Faye insists she loves Craig and Jackson refuses to accept it.
Gary wants everything settled and later lures Faye and Jackson to the furniture shop, urging them to talk.
In later scenes, Craig shows up at the Bistro, stunned to see his family and friends are present for his surprise party – but Faye and Jackson are nowhere to be seen.
Craig calls Faye and heads over to the furniture shop when he hears her phone ringing.
What will he find?
