Abi Phillips, known for her role as Liberty Savage on Hollyoaks, has been rushed to the hospital after being robbed in Ibiza. The actress took to social media to share a photo of her arm with bandages and a cannula inserted.
Abi, who began her career on the soap at the age of 16, has not yet updated fans on her condition after posting the hospital photo. However, she did share a post of herself enjoying the nightlife in Ibiza. She wrote, "Suing Ibiza for theft and attempted murder, it was worth it though."
Fighting Cancer
On May 9, 2022, Abi revealed on Instagram that she has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. The actress had previously sought medical attention for two lumps in her neck but was initially told there was nothing to worry about. After getting a second opinion, she was informed that the lumps required surgery and radiotherapy.
Despite her health challenges, Abi recently got engaged to her partner of 11 years. She shared the exciting news on social media, posting a photo of herself flashing her engagement ring and cuddling up to her fiancé in beautiful Italian settings.
