Jill won the most recent series of I’m A Celebrity and bumped into Charlotte at the National Television Awards
The 28-year-old, who plays the role of Daisy Midgeley on the cobbles, said how England Lioness Jill Scott sent her a “lovely message”.
Jill won the most recent series of I’m A Celebrity and bumped into Charlotte at the National Television Awards earlier this year.
Speaking exclusively to HOAR’s TV Mag, she recalled: “Jill Scott is a fan of Corrie and she saw me at the NTAs and she sent me the most lovely message – a really empowering, kind message saying she really liked my dress.
“It was really sweet, she’s such a lovely woman.
“And then she messaged again after the acid attack episode. She’s just a really kind human being.”
Jill – who is engaged to fiancee Shelly – won over the public as soon as she entered the jungle with her humour and her immense bravery during her Bushtucker trials.
She became a household name after England won the UEFA Women’s Euro in 2022.
The trophy topped off a fantastic career for one of the Lionesses most notable stars.
Meanwhile, Charlotte’s character Daisy shocked fans last week by kissing Ryan (Ryan Prescott) while they were waiting for the verdict for stalker Justin’s trail, even though she is engaged to Daniel (Rob Mallard).
Daisy’s feelings for Ryan appeared to resurface as she tried to comfort him and was reminded of his life-changing injuries he now has after protecting her from the acid attack.
Ryan then ordered Daisy to stay away from him as she has a fiancé.
Viewers know Daisy was pretending to be Crystal and Ryan has recently figured out he has been cat fished.
