Viewers will remember that Karen fled Albert Square in late 2023 after being exposed for her involvement in Albie Watts' kidnapping. While her son Keanu was also involved, Karen took the fall to protect him. Phil Mitchell made sure she would never return to Walford.

The Mystery of Keanu's Whereabouts
While it remains to be seen what Karen knows, viewers will remember that Keanu is not far away from his loved ones in the Square. He is buried underneath Kathy Beale's café. Kathy, Stacey Slater, Suki Panesar, Sharon Watts, and Denise Fox all contributed to disposing of Keanu's body after Linda Carter stabbed him to death in the Queen Vic.
