BILLY Mayhew is looking forward to spending some quality time with Paul Foreman.

Little does the Coronation Street vicar know his other half is struggling to keep a huge secret from him.

Paul Foreman is keeping a massive secret from his nearest and dearest

And he struggles to keep things to himself next week

Could he come clean to Billy Mayhew?

The builder portrayed by Peter Ash was told he could be suffering from motor neurone disease with a life expectancy of less than three years.

However, Paul is having to wait until the diagnosis can be confirmed and has been embroiled in some money-making schemes with Weatherfield thug Damon Hay.

To make matters worse, he has been keeping quiet about his health issues and his boyfriend Billy (Daniel Brocklebank) is one of the many people he’s keeping in the dark.

Coming up next week on ITV, when Billy suggests they book a holiday and offers to pay for it, Paul does what he can to appear enthusiastic about his plans.

But he’s struggling more and more to keep schtum about his ordeal.

Later on, Paul takes a call from his MND specialist, hoping to find out one way or another if he really does have motor neurone disease.

Unfortunately, he may have to wait a while longer as Billy returns home, which prompts Paul to quickly kill the call.

But could he come clean to his other half about what is really going on in his life?

Billy already had some suspicions that something wasn’t right with Paul when George Shuttleworth spotted the builder in the cobbles, believing he was drunk.

Paul has tried to dodge Billy’s questions by simply telling him he’s stressed for his sister Gemma Winter’s wedding.

He has already tried to help the mother-of-four pay her bills and, after finding out his time in Weatherfield could be running out, has been keen to find a way to make as much money as possible to provide for his loved ones.

But does Paul really have motor neurone disease?

Will he ever speak about it with Billy?

Coronation Street airs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8pm on ITV.

Paul was told he was displaying signs of motor neurone disease and is waiting for an official diagnosis

Will he tell his loved ones?
