Peter Beale in emotional reunion with grandmother Kathy in EastEnders


In highly anticipated scenes airing next week, Peter Beale and his grandmother Kathy will come face to face for the first time in a year. The reunion comes after a bitter fallout between the two, and fans are eager to see if they can reconcile.

Rocky's Troubles and Kathy's Decision

Kathy, played by Gillian Taylforth, recently left Albert Square to enjoy her honeymoon with new husband Rocky Cotton. Upon learning about Kathy's decision, Bobby Beale, Kathy's grandson, contacts Peter to inform him. Peter, who had a bitter exit from Walford, is lured back to the Square by his mother Cindy. In a shocking turn of events, Cindy returns from the dead and pays Kathy a visit. Kathy is even more stunned to learn that Peter is also back.

Peter and Kathy were on bad terms when Peter left Walford. Kathy refused to provide a statement against Ben Mitchell, who had mistakenly attacked Peter. In retaliation, Peter stole money from Kathy and fled. Can their relationship be salvaged?
