In early 2022, Tim Metcalfe was shocked to discover he was encountering cardiac problems again, years after a horrific heart attack.
The Weatherfield cabbie had to undergo bypass surgery and spent several weeks recovering from his health scare.
He most notably benefitted from his mother Elaine’s help but when she finally left him alone with his wife Sally (played by TV legend Sally Dynevor), Tim realised he wasn’t quite out of the woods.
The couple had to learn how to spice things up in the bedroom when Tim showed signs of erectile dysfunction.
In upcoming scenes of the ITV soap, Sally decides to bring what she has learned out of No.4.
While in the Underworld factory, the machinist hears from her colleague, Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine).
Newlywed Fiz explains that her sex life with her husband Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) is in a rut.
Sally, ready to help her friend, tells Fiz how she and Tim enjoy role play.
She even offers Fiz a rummage through their fancy dress box.
While her heart is in the right place, Sally’s initiative could cost Fiz and Tyrone a lot.
When Fiz heads out, she tells Evelyn Plummer (Maureen Lipman) that she’s off to stay with her mother Cilla.
But Evelyn is concerned when her grandson Tyrone doesn’t kiss his bride goodbye.
She later clocks him suited and booted, climbing into a car – and is convinced he’s having another affair behind Fiz’s back.
After telling Roy Cropper to fire up the Woody, ready to stop him from committing a mistake, Evelyn finds Tyrone in a hotel bar.
She’s horrified when a mystery blonde lady parks herself at Tyrone’s table and he squeezes her thigh.
Years after his fling with Alina Pop, could Tyrone be cheating on Fiz again?
