Major shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday nights

Tuesday night will see a change in the BBC One lineup as EastEnders is replaced by an FA Cup match between Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United. Meanwhile, ITV will move Emmerdale to 7pm to make way for a football match.

On Wednesday, EastEnders will be replaced by a football match on BBC One while Emmerdale moves to 7pm again. Coronation Street's episode will be pushed to Thursday night instead.

Friday night special for soap fans

Soap fans can look forward to a special treat on Friday night with an hour-long double episode of EastEnders at 7.30pm. However, this will overlap with Emmerdale on ITV at 7.30pm and Coronation Street at 8pm.
