SHIV the loan shark is making Stacey Slater feel on edge ever since she became involved with him.
And after he makes it clear to her that she’s in danger, the beloved EastEnders character makes a drastic decision.

Stacey makes a huge decision to try and make ends meet
Recent scenes have shown that the bap van owner portrayed by Lacey Turner has been desperate to make ends meet.
This prompted her to accept the help from a dangerous local loan shark named Shiv but this dramatically backfires on her in scenes airing next week on BBC One.
Coming up, Stacey is horrified when Shiv appears in the Slater kitchen, suggesting how she can repay her debts.
Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) bursts in and attacks him who retaliates by telling Stacey she will need to repay all her debts by the following day.
Later on, as Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) bakes the gender reveal cake for Lily, Stacey is panicking about getting Shiv’s money and turns to Kat Slater and Phil Mitchell for help.
The Slaters and Brannings gather to find out if Lily is having a boy of a girl and Stacey sees a perfect opportunity to slip out to meet Shiv in the Arches.
But when she receives an enormous electricity bill, knowing she can’t possibly pay it later on, she panics once more.
The pressure adds up as costs spiral at work and home for Stacey – Honey Mitchell (Emma Barton) reminds her that her pitch fees for the market are due.
Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) tells Stacey that he couldn’t get by without his extra money-making scheme which involves selling feet shots on Secret Cam.
Stacey found out about Freddie’s scheme in recent scenes of the London-based drama, before she ever got involved with Shiv, and tried to convince him to stop.
But after a chat with Linda Carter about her page 3 modelling days, Stacey is led to make a big decision.
Will she keep turning to Shiv?
Could she find another way to make money and provide for her entire family?
