STRICTLY star Maisie Smith has received a clear message from her dancing partner Gorka Marquez – be more ladylike!

The 19-year-old EastEnders actress shared a jokey Instagram photo of herself munching on pizza and ‘manspreading’ while dressed in a lilac princess gown following Saturday’s episode of the BBC dance competition.

Maisie Smith’s dance partner Gorka Marquez has pleaded with her to be more lady like

She captioned it: ” @gorka_marquez  tells me a princess needs to be lady like.. think I’ve hit the nail on the head”

Fans loved it, with one referencing her transformation into Frozen’s Elsa: “Did you tell him to let it go?”

While another commented: “Maisie you are the biggest mood i’ve seen in a long time.”

The mood was clearly playful for Maisie and 30-year-old pro Gorka, who dazzled viewers on Saturday with an amazing performance landing them a score of 9/10 from judge Motsi Mabuse and an overall score of 24/30.

Maisie also became emotional during Saturday’s show, shedding a few happy tears when she saw her family via video link – perhaps because she had to move out of the family home to participate safely in the show.

Gorka, who usually lives with girlfriend Gemma Atkinson and their 1-year-old daughter Mia in Manchester, is also living alone in London for the duration of his time on Strictly 2020.

Fortunately, Maisie and Gorka get along swimmingly – just take a look at their playful Instagram snaps.

Their dance routines have impressed both judges and fans, too, with some viewers still tipping them to take home the Glitterball trophy.
