STUNNED Emmerdale fans all said the same thing after TWO characters were told to leave the village.
It’s been a busy week in the Dales as Caleb Milligan’s plan to bring down Kim Tate was finally exposed.
Caleb Milligan was finally exposed earlier this week – and the aftermath continued to play out on Friday night
Charles also had to deal with his father arriving in the village
Friday’s episode of Emmerdale continued to explore the aftermath of his and secret son Nicky’s deceit, with Caleb desperate to make amends with his siblings Chas and Cain.
Caleb begged Chas to give him another chance and not kick him out of the Woolpack, and his reluctant sister said she’d think about it.
But at the end of the episode, there was a confrontation between Caleb and Cain in the pub, with Moira and Nate having to stop Cain from punching his brother.
The exchange prompted Chas to make her mind up, saying: “Nate is right, he’s not worth it!”
She then turned to Caleb and said: “Don’t fool yourself that you’re family, because it doesn’t work like that.
“Your stuff will be at the charity shop…don’t bother coming back.”
Caleb then left the pub with his tail between his legs, but he wasn’t the only character to be sent packing in the episode.
Charles and his mother Claudette were horrified to see his dad Victor turn up in the village tonight, despite the vicar’s warning earlier in the week to stay away.
Claudette looked terrified of her husband following his release from prison, and later, Charles didn’t mince his words when he saw Victor still hanging around in the village.
Shoving a wad of cash into his hand, Charles told his dad to head back to his hostel and tell his probation officer he was moving.
When Victor asked where he was supposed to go, Charles retorted: “I don’t care! Just go!”
When Victor said it was a “shame” as the village seemed nice, Charles said: “Out of your league, now go!”
Emmerdale viewers took to Twitter to discuss all the drama from the dysfunctional soap families in tonight’s episode.
One wrote: “Charles needs a vicar to look after his family. They’ve got more problems than all his parishioners put together.”
Another added: “Talk about family drama on #Emmerdale.”
A third tweeted: “Agghh how many more of Charles family are turning up??!”
Emmerdale airs on ITV1 and is available on ITVX.
