EMMERDALE fans have all had the same reaction after a shock permanent exit from the village.

The chef’s assistant – who is played by actress Karene Peter in the ITV soap – was manipulated by her grandfather to take money from grieving widower Vinny Dingle and flee for good.
She had run up a string of debts and then quit her job at The Woolpack before she was sacked for giving her grandfather free drinks.
Naomi was just going to move to Ibiza without telling anyone but her dad Charles caught her in time to ask why she was leaving.
“I can’t keep my cab waiting,” she said.
“Sorry Vinny, and I’m sorry dad. I knew you wouldn’t get it and would try and stop me.
“Chas wanted me out so I walked. She should be apologising to me. She wants to hate on me so let her. By tonight I’ll be in Ibiza and I’m not coming back.”
As Vinny looked shocked and Charles horrified, he tried to talk her out of it but Naomi would hear nothing of it.
She asked: “Why would I come back? Grandad was right, I need more than this. I need adventure, there’s no point in hanging around waiting for something to happen. You only get one shot in life.”
As Vinny took her to task for taking his cash and then running to Ibiza, Naomi took him aside to apologise.
“You’ll get it back,” she told Vinny. “You’re a friend, I won’t let you down. I’ll get a bar job at the festivals. I couldn’t have done this without you Vinny, thank you.”
With that she left with no fanfare – and fans all have the same reaction as she left.
One wrote: “I can’t believe she’s actually gone for good.”
A second said: “I’m shocked! It’s a shame Naomi is leaving, I don’t feel she was used to her full potential.”
Another added: “Noo Noami don’t go. Or at least if you do, take your family with you!”
