Strictly Come Dancing and Casualty star Charles Venn has caused a stir among fans after showing off his incredibly toned physique in a topless gym video.
From soap operas to the gym
The 45-year-old actor, known for his roles in EastEnders, Casualty, Dream Team, and Footballers' Wives, took some time off set to work out with his personal trainer. He then shared the results on Instagram, leaving fans in awe of his muscular physique.

The video clip shows Charles sweating after a rigorous workout, with his rock-hard six-pack on full display. In addition, his back muscles can be seen in the mirror behind him.
Married life and Strictly Come Dancing
When he's not acting or hitting the gym, Charles enjoys spending time with his wife of five years. The couple has been happily married since tying the knot, and they were in a relationship for 15 years before that.
In 2018, Charles joined the cast of Strictly Come Dancing as the fourteenth celebrity. Reflecting on the experience, he said, "Dancing on Strictly is going to be quite a challenge, but life's all about testing yourself so there's lots to look forward to. Let the games begin!"
Although he made it to the quarter-finals in week 10, Charles was eliminated in the dance off against Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts and her partner Pasha Kovalev.
