Former EastEnders star Nigel Harman has been spotted for the first time since his surprise exit from Strictly Come Dancing. Harman, who dropped out of the competition just hours before last Saturday's episode, was seen strolling the streets of West London. The actor opted for a casual outfit, wearing a black jumper, t-shirt, and trousers, completed with a yellow cap and white trainers.
Withdrawal from Strictly Due to Rib Injury
Harman and his dance partner Katya Jones had to withdraw from Strictly Come Dancing on medical grounds after Harman injured his rib during training. The couple had been hoping to stay in the competition, as they had not been in the bottom two and had a real chance of making it to the finals. Harman had been training hard and putting in a lot of effort into rehearsals.
Furious Row with Wife at Blackpool Show
It was later revealed that Harman had a heated argument with his wife Lucy in front of shocked fans at the Blackpool show. The actor was reportedly unhappy with his scores from the judges, which were 31 out of 40. According to an audience member, Harman seemed focused and ignored people trying to interact with him. After receiving his scores, he stormed back to his seat and confronted his wife. The situation escalated, and Harman's disappointment was taken out on Lucy. Katya Jones, his dance partner, tried to console Lucy after the incident.

Shortly before Harman's exit, it was revealed that crew members were relieved he had left the competition due to his backstage mood swings. The star missed out on a place in the semi-finals.
