FURIOUS Strictly Come Dancing fans have accused the judges of overmarking one of the celebs.

Former footballer Tony Adams has received some harsh criticism from judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke.

The Strictly judges have been accused by fans of overmarking

Viewers think Tony should’ve received lower scores from the judges

But now viewers think they’ve done a U-turn and are overmarking him to make him safe from the public vote.

One person tweeted: “Tony Adams over marked again….trying to manipulate the votes again…”

Another said: “Tony has improved a lot but he was way over marked still.”

And a third added: “so over marked Tony #strictly.”

But Tony probably shouldn’t worry if he does end up in the public vote as a 100k-strong Arsenal forum has a campaign to get him into the final.

And with last year’s winners Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice getting 55k public votes it’s thought bosses are growing concerned that they could even win the show.

The organiser of the group told the Mail On Sunday: “Tony is our captain and our idol, and he needs us now, so we are asking all of our members to download their votes and use all three to get him to the final, and win.”

It’s not the first time this series Tony has left producers worried.

We told last week how he received a dressing down after promoting his own clothing brand on the show.

He wore two items from his Tony Adams collection during a recent episode which breached the BBC’s strict advertising rules.
