Major shake-up

In a major shake-up to the schedule, Strictly Come Dancing will start later this weekend to make way for the new Doctor Who series. The BBC dancing competition, which generally airs at 7:30 p.m. on BBC One, will now kick off an hour later.

Doctor Who anniversary special

The new Doctor Who series is celebrating its 60th anniversary, and to mark the occasion, David Tennant and Catherine Tate will return to the show. A new trailer for the series was released before the first live episode of this year's Strictly Come Dancing.

The remaining stars in the competition include Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell, Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola, Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin, Annabel Croft and Johannes Radebe, Nigel Harman and Katya Jones, and Angela Scanlon and Carlos Gu.
