ONE judge on Strictly Come Dancing has been labelled ‘rude’ by fans following last night’s show.

The BBC One competition returned for the semi-final where five couples remained and danced in a bid to make it through to the all important final.

Shirley was labelled ‘rude’ following last night’s programme

Fans were left less than impressed by her comments

However fans were left less than impressed at judge Shirley Ballas with some even branding her ‘rude’ following her remarks during the show, in particular her comments aimed at Will Mellor.

The programme’s head judge told actor Will that there were many ‘missing elements’ from his routine before going onto list the mistakes she believed he made.

These comments appeared to rub fans of the programme up the wrong way as they took to Twitter to air their feelings

One fan said of Shirley: “Shirley is annoying me tonight. So rude #StrictlyComeDancing #Strictly.”

Another fumed: “It wasn’t Will’s best dance, but there were some lovely moments in that routine. I do think Shirley using the word ‘arrogance’ is rude ? #Strictly.”

A third tweeted: “Why does Shirley have to be so rude ? #strictly.”

Whilst a fourth simply added: “So rude Shirley #Strictly #scd.”

It comes after Shirley appeared to have a dig at her fellow judges during last night’s show.

On last night’s show some felt Shirley Ballas was taking a pop at Mosti Mabuse and Anton Du Beke over some of their scoring.

At one point the head judge told the others she couldn’t just give out tens if she didn’t think the dance was “worth of a ten”.

Clocking the remark, one person wrote: “There is tension between the judges because of Shirley’s dig at Motsi and Anton.”

A second added:  “I noticed Anton getting a bit shirty with Shirley but I didn’t catch what kicked it off.”

While a third remarked: “That was Shirley having a dig at Anton #strictly.”
