FANS of Strictly Come Dancing have hit out that they want their “licence fee back” after slamming last night’s Halloween episode.

Viewers took to social media in their droves to complain about how the spooky tradition had been “ruined” due to the song choices.

Fans were left complaining after last night’s show

Some felt it wasn’t spooky enough thanks to the music choices

Strictly Come Dancing saw the celebrities battle it out last night in a series of Halloween-themed dances in spooky costumes.

However, just moments into the show – fans were complaining that the episode lacked the same spook-tacular theme as previous years.

Tony Adams and his dance partner Katya Jones were up first – performing an Argentine Tango to The Devil Went Down to Georgia.

They were followed by Will Mellor and Nancy Xu, who danced to Mama Told Me Not To Come by Tom Jones, dressed as mummies.

Elsewhere, Fleur East and Vito Coppola dancer to Break My Soul by Beyoncé, while Kym Marsh performed to Frozen by Madonna.

Fans were furious about the song choices – hitting out that they weren’t as Halloween themed as they would have liked.

Taking to Twitter, one angry viewer penned: “This song isn’t spooky! I demand my licence fee back!”

Another chimed in: “What odd song choices,” while a third said: “If you’re going to do a theme, at least have songs relating to it.”

A fourth agreed: “They’re scraping the barrel for Halloween related songs this year.”

It comes after fans were left furious as the dance off results were leaked again after last night’s show.

Fans have been left in shock again as a leak revealed the two celebrities in the dance off – and who goes home!

Bosses have warned the insider to stop leaking the information, as fans hit out that it was ruining the format of the show.

The leaking is possible as Sunday night’s results show is filmed “live” after Saturday night’s show – with the audience sworn to secrecy.

However, the results were ruined once again in a series of posts to Twitter – as well as in a blog post in a spoiler-dedicated site.

SE will not reveal the name or the identities of who is in the dance off, which have not been verified, so as not to spoil the show.
