It comes as HOAR last week exclusively revealed she would be appearing on the Discovery+ streaming platform’s show.
On the episode auctioneer Angus Ashworth explores Helen’s home.
Some of the items the 39-year-old flogged include an antique vaulting horse, which was a wedding present, a Victorian dentist chair and two Art Deco armchairs.
A source revealed Skelton, who presents BBC One’s Countryfile, felt it was best to sell off the items.
They said: “Helen needed a huge sort out after the break-up and despite some of the items possessing many memories, she felt it was best she sold them on.”

Her appearance is just the latest revenge she’s getting on Richie after she made a subtle dig to him on Strictly Come Dancing.
She and her dance partner Gorka Marquez performed a choice dance to Mein Herr from Cabaret.
During the fiery performance, it appeared as though TV presenter Helen flashed her middle finger during the routine as the music said: “Bye bye mein liber herr, it was a fine affair, but now it’s over”.
Helen appeared to glide her middle finger down her cheek as viewers picked up on her move.
The dance went down a treat with the judges as Helen and Gorka topped the leader board.
The couple received a total of 39 points out of 40 – as Craig Reel Horwood knocked one point off and scored them nine points.
