STRICTLY Come Dancing star Will Mellor has shared a photo of his rarely-seen family on holiday with his Instagram fans.

The soap star was joined by his wife Michelle McSween and their two children Renee, 14, and Jayden, 18, in a throwback snap.

Will is currently taking part in Strictly alongside Nancy Xu

Will, 46, who is currently competing on this year’s Strictly alongside Nancy Xu, posed in front of a huge villa in the snap.

The proud dad put his arm round his wife and kids as they stood next to a sprawling pool, in front of the yellow building.

Will looked casual in a white t-shirt and blue jean shorts, with wife Michelle matching in a white blouse and blue shorts and sandals.

Meanwhile, Renee opted for a bright yellow jumpsuit, Jayden matched his dad in blue shorts and a top, with a black man bag.

“As you know, at the moment, I’m spending most of my time either in the studio or on the dance floor and I’m absolutely loving it,” Will captioned the throwback snap.

“But a guy can dream about his next time in the sunshine, can’t he?! Throwback to a memorable family holiday and that massive pool!

“I don’t know about you but this change in weather has got me thinking about where to go on holiday next year and the kind of getaway I want for the kids.”

It comes after Strictly fans were left fearing that Will would crash out of the competition after a week of illness.

Will had barely any time to rehearse this week after being struck down with the flu and being bed bound for a number of days.

As he finished the routine and spoke to Tess Daly and then Claudia Winkleman, Strictly viewers took to Twitter to share their concern.

One wrote: “Poor Will, you can see and hear how poorly he is. He’s definitely getting our votes. Don’t want him in the dance off bless him.”

Another added: “Poor Will to be honest he looks really poorly. He has done amazing just to be able to do a dance.”

By the end of the show, Will was second from the bottom, with only Matt Goss below him.

Meanwhile, Hamza Yassin was top of the leaderboard with 39 points after impressing the judges with his incredible Salsa.

The routine featured a number of difficult and showstopping lifts and earned the cameraman and his partner Jowita three 10s and a nine.
