POKÉMON Day is the biggest day of the year for any Pokémon fan, with huge announcements for their favourite series.
Pokémon Presents gave fans exactly what they wanted, with news and reveals on everything Pokémon.
The biggest announcement was a new Pokémon Legends game
If you missed the showcase, there’s no need to panic, as well have all the news you need to know.
Live service updates – Pokémon Presents
Pokémon Go
Pokémon Go will have a number of updates, including a Pikachu with Cap’s Hat that knows the move Volt Tackle starting from March 5.
Liko and Roy from the Pokémon Horizons anime will be appearing in Snapshots, and Charcadet, Ceruledge and Armarouge are joining.
Just for today you will also be able to catch Pikachu, Eevee, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle in party hats.
Pokémon Sleep
The legendary beasts from Johto will be added to the game starting with Raikou in March.
There are no release dates from Entei and Suicune, but they are expected to appear shortly afterwards.
Pokémon Masters EX
Champion Geeta and Glimmora will be coming on February 28, while Champion Silver and Tyranitar will arrive on March 1.
Sygna Suit Gladion and Magearna, as well as Riley and Lucario will also be coming at a later date.
A photo creator is also being added some time in the future.
Pokémon Café Remix
Gimmighoul coins will be added to the game for chances to recruit Gimmighoul and Gholdengo.
The Paldean starters Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly will also be added with new outfits from February 27 until March 14.
Koraidon Bingo will also appear in this time frame, with Miraidon Bingo coming afterwards, from March 14 until April 1.
Pokémon Unite
Three new Pokémon will be added to the game starting with Miraidon, which is available now.
Ceruledge simply says ‘coming soon’, while we can expect to see Falinks in April.
Video games – Pokémon Presents
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Three Tera Raids were announced, including the starters from Kanto, Venusaur, Blastoise, and Charizard.
Here are the dates when you can find them:
- Mighty Venusaur with the Ground Tera type, available from Wednesday, February 28, 2024 until Tuesday 5 March, 2024.
- Mighty Blastoise with the Steel Tera type, available from Wednesday March 6, 2024 until Tuesday, March 12, 20224
- Mighty Charizard with the Dragon Tera type, available from Wednesday, March 13, 2024 until Sunday, March 17, 2024.
Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket
A new version of the Pokémon Trading Card Game was announced exclusively for mobile, to be released this year.
It is more focused on player interactions, with trading and battling with friends at the core of Pocket.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A
A new Legends game was announced, set in the Kalos region and scheduled for release in 2025.
The teaser showed a futuristic city, with a hint that Mega Evolutions will be making a comeback.
