HOT on the heels of Ryan Reynold’s Fortnite debut is Chris Hemsworth with a crossover for his movie Extraction.

This isn’t confirmed by any means, but Fortnite leaker Shiina sifted through the files in the game’s latest update and discovered a new skin, codename Dusty.

Fortnite Extraction Chris Hemsworth ‘Dusty’ skin

At first glance, it’s fairly standard-looking mercenary getup, but a closer inspection reveals details that match up with Hemsworth’s Tyler Rake costume.

There’s the tattoo, as pointed out by Twitter user iFireMonkey , as well as the stacks of bracelets and the watch on the wrist, and the placement of the radio on the vest.

Shiina goes on to speculate that the skin will most likely debut in the game as part of a crossover with the film.

Released last year, Extraction is an action-thriller starring everyone’s favourite god of thunder, so if you’ve seen it already, you’ll notice the similarities.

While nothing has been confirmed, Hemsworth’s character, Tyler Rake, looks set to join the ranks of movie action stars that have graced the world of Fortnite so far.

Ryan Reynolds’ Fortnite Free Guy skin and emote just dropped last week, while Keanu Reeves’ John Wick made a Fortnite appearance along with a bunch of challenges.

In fact, Epic Games CCO Donald Mustard hinted at an Extraction Fortnite crossover last year off the back of a Tyler Rake vs. John Wick tweet from the Russo brothers.

After seeing the two characters being pit against each other with the caption “who got you in a fight?”, Mustard swooped in to reply to director Joe Russo, saying, “Hey Joe. Maybe we should put Rake in Fortnite and find out.”

Judging by appearances, the Dusty skin looks exactly like Tyler Rake’s outfit, and given Mustard’s tweet, the collab may have been in the works for a while.

But given that none of this is confirmed, we don’t know when the skin will drop – if it does at all.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 is currently winding down as we head towards Season 8 next month.

There’s still plenty to do, especially with the new Free Guy challenges, so be sure to tick everything off that you need to as we barrel towards the end of the season.
