Once you have figured out which store to go to, visit the store in person and approach an employee behind the register. The employee will then test your Pokémon trivia knowledge with a single question. Answer the question correctly, and you will receive your Pokémon prize. It's important to note that you will need to answer the question on the spot, so brush up on your Pokémon knowledge beforehand.
