Pokémon TV App to be Discontinued

Pokémon fans are in for a disappointment as they will soon lose access to a treasure trove of free content. The Pokémon TV app, previously available on Nintendo Switch, Amazon, and mobile, provided fans with hundreds of hours of free Pokémon anime episodes and movies. However, on January 8, 2024, the app was removed from all available storefronts, leaving fans with limited time to enjoy their favorite content.

Access for Existing App Users

There is some good news for Pokémon fans who already had the Pokémon TV app installed. They can still maintain access to all the available movies and shows, although the rotation of shows will no longer continue. The app will be completely discontinued on March 28, 2024, giving fans over two months to catch up on any episodes they have yet to watch.

Issues with Loading Episodes

Unfortunately, some users are encountering issues loading episodes, particularly on the Nintendo Switch app. However, mobile users seem to be unaffected. It is hoped that this issue will be resolved in the future so that fans can continue watching until the intended final date.
