Pokémon enthusiasts are in for a treat as the beloved Eevee takes center stage in a special event announced by Pokémon. For one week only, players will have the chance to challenge and capture this fan-favorite creature.
Event details
The highly anticipated seven-star Tera Raid will run from Friday, November 17, 2023, until Monday, November 20, 2023. During this time, players will have the opportunity to encounter Eevee, a Pokémon known for its ability to evolve into eight different forms.
Eevee's popularity
Eevee has captured the hearts of Pokémon fans since its debut in 1995. In the original game, players could choose to evolve Eevee into Vaporeon, Jolteon, or Flareon. Over the years, additional evolutions such as Umbreon, Espeon, Glaceon, Leafeon, and Sylveon have been introduced.
A formidable opponent
While Eevee is considered a basic Pokémon, it is expected that Pokémon will equip it with powerful tools, making it a challenging adversary. With items like Evolite and the ability Adaptability, combined with strong moves like Last Resort, Eevee is sure to pack a punch.
Team up and conquer
Players will have the option to team up with up to four others, either locally or online, to take on and capture Eevee together. Alternatively, players can choose to embark on the raid solo with the assistance of three NPC characters. The raid is expected to draw a large number of participants, with many eager fans taking to the online platform to join in.
