The Pokémon Scarlet & Violet epilogue will be available for play starting Thursday, January 11, 2024. Please note that the launch time varies depending on your time zone. Here are the specific times:

- 2pm GMT (UK time)
- 3pm CET (Central Europe)
If you're in Eastern Australia or New Zealand mainland, you can start playing from 1am AEDT and 3am NZDT, respectively, on Friday, January 12, 2024.
Introducing Pecharunt: The new mythical Pokémon
One of the main highlights of the Scarlet & Violet epilogue is the introduction of Pecharunt, a never-before-seen mythical Pokémon. Pecharunt boasts the Ghost/Poison typing and comes with a unique signature ability called Poison Puppeteer.
This ability sets Pecharunt apart from other Pokémon, as it confuses any Pokémon that Pecharunt poisons. With a plethora of moves that inflict poison and a special move dedicated to it, Pecharunt is perfectly suited for this ability.
Malignant Chain is Pecharunt's signature move, boasting a base power of 100 and a 50% chance to poison the opponent. However, for a guaranteed poison/confusion combo, players can use the "certain-to-poison" move Toxic instead.
