Mute Everything with a Simple Shortcut
Did you know that the LED bar below the PS Button on your DualSense controller can do more than just mute your microphone? By holding down the button instead of pressing it, you can mute your entire PS5 system, eliminating the need for a TV remote control. To unmute, simply hold the button down again.
Navigate Faster with a Triangle Press
Navigating through your PS5 console can be a breeze with this simple shortcut. On your Home Screen, try pressing the triangle button. This will instantly take you to the Search bar, allowing you to easily find your profile, trophies, and other console features without the need for manual navigation. This shortcut also works inside the PS Store.
Get Game Help and Hints with a Double-Tap
PlayStation has included a helpful feature called Game Help on the PS5. By double-tapping the PS Button while in a game, you'll find a list of cards linked to that specific game. These cards can provide hints and even videos to help you overcome challenges and complete objectives. Press R1/L1 on your joypad to cycle between hints. Some games may not have hints, but many do, so it's worth checking out. You can even select Multitasking > Pin To Side to keep the game hint locked to the screen while you play.
