BRITS have been told to brace for more flooding and commute chaos after heavy downpours last night.
After fog caused travel problems yesterday, wet and windy weather threatens to bring more disruption to the nation today, according to the Met Office.

The Met Office have warned of flooding risks on the roads
Wet skies are likely to cause havoc for southern parts of England and Wales throughout the morning until 9pm.
And the Met Office have issued yellow weather warnings for parts of South Wales, Devon, Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
The weather agency warned commuters that “spray and flooding” on roads will probably make journey times longer.
While those using bus and train services will also likely be affected with longer commutes.
The Met Office added that “flooding of a few homes and businesses is possible”.
Later in the day, heavy rain will likely move across eastern Scotland which has also been issued the yellow advisory notice.
The downpour may cause flooding and disruption to travel until 9pm.
And Wednesday’s weather outlook doesn’t look any better.
Met Office spokeswoman Nicola Maxey said the south and west of England could possibly experience thunder on Wednesday.
She told Sky News: “Showers could locally be heavy and there’s a chance you might see thunder, mostly in coastal areas to the south and the west,” she said.
“In general, any rain today will continue to push slowly eastwards across the country tomorrow, becoming persistent in the north, with gales in (the) northeast.
“Sunshine and heavy showers following into south and west later.”
