CORONATION Street fans are convinced Abi Webster will murder Imran Habeeb after he caught her trying to flee the country with baby Alfie.
The mechanic – who is played by actress Sally Carman in the ITV soap – is planning a new life in Costa Rica with her son to stop Imran from keeping him out of her life.
Viewers know the baby was conceived during a drunken one night stand.
Imran manufactured evidence to prevent Abi gaining custody of baby Alfie, forcing her to fight back the only way she knows how.
She paid a dodgy criminal a fortune to create fake passports and visa documents for her and Alfie.
And tonight she was all ready to flee – until Imran arrived at her door having been convinced to confess the truth by Kelly Neelan.

At first Imran didn’t notice anything was amiss and just wanted to talk to Abi and see his son.
However everything went horribly wrong when Imran finally noticed the bright red suitcase behind his son.
He demanded to know what was in it forcing a panicked Abi to lie.
“That’s Kev’s dire record collection,” Abi lied.
“He’s clearing out the loft and he gave me first dibs but I told him Abba really isn’t my thing…”
And then Imran spotted baby Alfie’s fake passport sitting on the sofa and grabbed it.
Abi could only look on in terror as Imran discovered her plans to flee with the baby.
And fans think she’s going to murder him to stop him from stopping her.
