DANCING On Ice fans have been left furious after flagging an apparent “rule break” from show judges.

It came after a nail-biting elimination saw Olympian Eddie the Eagle, 60, leave the reality series last night.

Dancing On Ice fans have been left fuming after claiming there was a ‘rule break’ last night

It came after Eddie The Eagle, 60, was eliminated

They claimed judges were making their decision purely on the Save Me Skate not the whole night’s routines

Yet fans think the skier and professional partner was short-changed, with ex Love Island star Amber Davies, 27, narrowly swerving eviction.

This is because, in a huge show twist, judges appeared to make their decisions on the Save Me Skate rather than the entirety of the routines throughout the night.

One fan took to X to rant: “I don’t usually comment, write about things like this as the judges are professionals.

“But this was not a professional decision. Even Johnny Weir voted for who he wanted to be in the final, didn’t judge based on the save me skate.

“Rules broken not going to watch anymore.”

Others had a similar view, with one writing: “I’m fuming at that decision on #DancingOnIce. Eddie was much better than Amber in the skate off.

“People are saying keep Johnny Weir but this is the second week he’s talked about the final when he should be judging the couples on their save me skate only.”

A third then agreed and put: “Personally I disagree with that skate-off decision. I felt Eddie had the better save me skate tonight.”

Eddie, who opened Sunday’s show, was a latecomer to the competition, replacing Gogglebox star Stephen Lustig-Webbddie who had to withdraw due to injury.

In the skate off, Eddie and his partner Vicky performed a routine to Sir Elton John‘s Rocket Man, and Amber danced a dramatic performance to Little Mix‘s Power.

Judge Oti Mabuse voted to keep Eddie while guest judge Johnny Weir and Jayne Torvill voted for Amber.

As the vote was split, it came down to head judge Christopher Dean, who opted to keep Amber as well, then sending Eddie packing.

The panel usually centre their decisions purely on the Save Me Skate yet when stand in judge Johnny referred to Amber having a “better chance in the final” fans suspected this voting method had changed.

Meanwhile, Made In Chelsea hunk Miles Nazaire was at the centre of another fix row as fans claimed he had been “overmarked.”

Adele Roberts was also left stunned as she clocked up the highest score of the series -including a 10 from judges Jayne Torvill and Chris Dean.
