First Dates Host Fred Sirieix Takes Massive Pay Cut


£2.3m Fortune in 2022

Fred Sirieix, the host of First Dates and I’m a Celebrity star, has reportedly taken a significant pay cut. In 2022, he paid himself a fortune of £2.3 million. However, this year he authorized a dividend of just £90,000 from his customer service company, The Art Of Service Ltd. Similarly, in 2021, he paid himself just £100,000.

Accounts Show Cash Reserves of £1.4m for 2023

Despite the decrease in his salary, accounts filed this week to Companies House reveal that Fred Sirieix’s cash reserves for 2023 have increased to £1.4 million, up from £739,542 in 2022. He will also pay a Corporation Tax bill of £51,084.

Training Those in the Hospitality Industry

Fred Sirieix, who is also the face of Million Pound Menu, established his customer service company with the aim of training individuals in the hospitality industry. The interactive training activity, as stated on his website, teaches staff how to meet customers’ expectations.

Pay Scale Comparison

While Fred Sirieix’s exact pay for his appearance on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! was never confirmed, rumors suggest he may have pocketed £150,000. This places him at the higher end of the pay scale compared to other contestants. YouTuber Nella Rose was believed to have received £40,000, while politician Nigel Farage reportedly became the highest-paid I’m a Celebrity star with £1.5 million.

Resolving Feuds and Returning Home

During his time on I’m a Celebrity, Fred Sirieix had a falling out with some of the campmates over cooking duties. His biggest row was with This Morning’s Josie Gibson, but he has since tried to resolve their feud. Speaking after being evicted, Fred expressed his willingness to apologize if Josie was offended by his comments. He also mentioned that their budding friendship was not shown on screen. Despite the feud, Fred seemed in good spirits as he returned home to London with his fiancée Fruitcake, enjoying the luxury of business class.
