I’M A Celebrity fans have demanded that bosses change the format of the show after enduring the same stomach-churning trial over two episodes.
Viewers tuned in on to catch the latest antics in South Africa to find a continuation of Dean Gaffney and Joe Swash‘s vile drinking challenge.
The pair were once again shown gagging and vomiting for the second night running – and fans were unimpressed.
Taking to Twitter, one moaned: “Again I’m muting the sound and looking away from the screen because of this puking trial with Dean Gaffney & Joe Swash.”
Another added: “Didn’t we see all this last night? Why are they showing it again??”
And a third complained: “Why are we watching the same thing again? I really don’t need more retching noises.”
Former EastEnders actors and I’m A Celebrity legends Joe and Dean made their All Star debut on Tuesday night.
Before being allowed in camp, hosts Ant and Dec told them they had to win treats for their fellow celebs by taking part in the trial called Flipping Disgusting.
For every blended smoothie – whizzed up with animal innards – they managed to drink, they would win one goodie for a campmate.
But fans of the ITV1 show threatened to switch off, after Dean and Joe began retching and spewing up their drinks.
The challenge then continued over into Wednesday night, dominating for the first 15 minutes.
Dean ending up covered in regurgitated smoothie – but not everyone hated watching him and Joe suffer.
“Give Dean and Joe a spin off show after this, so hilarious, Dean going full exorcist mode #ImACeleb,” one viewer tweeted.
Someone else added: “It’s a long time since I have cried laughing at something! Tears are rolling down my face! Dean and Joe are SO funny!”
Meanwhile, once in camp, Ant and Dec arrived in camp to split the celebrities into two ‘prides’.
Dean and Joe were made the head of each pride.
The pre-recorded I’m A Celebrity South Africa continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
