I’M A Celeb was hit with Ofcom complaints over the Dingo Dollar questions this year.

In total the ITV show received a whopping 3,727 complaints.

I’m A Celebrity fans complained to Ofcom about the Dingo Dollar questions this year

The campmates were tasked with a number of Deals on Wheels challenges to win sweet treats

18 of those were from concerned viewers who were worried about the starving celebrities.

This year the celebs would go off in pairs to take part in a Deals On Wheels challenges in a bid to win sweet treats.

After completing the tasks, they’d hand over the stars to Kev’s Deals on Wheels.

He’d ask the rest of camp who did not take part to answer a question correctly to get the prize.

However, lots of people thought that the topics and questions this year were very difficult.

They only had two options to chose from, instead of three.

Hence why the cast of I’m A Celebrity 2022 rarely won any of their snacks this year, meaning that the celebrities were left starving.

During the show many fans took to Twitter to complain too.

One said: “The thing with the dingo dollar challenges this year is that they don’t get a choice between 2 treats and they give them a choice of 3 answers to the questions. It’s gone from being 50% chance of being right to 33.33% chance of being right #ImACeleb.”

Another wrote: “Will they ever win the dingo dollar question prize? Honestly have to be the unluckiest group with those.”

“Who the bloody hell comes up with these random dingo dollar questions,” a third added.

Meanwhile nearly 2,000 wrote to the regulator to complain about MP Matt Hancock.

The former Health Secretary is arguably one of the most controversial campmates who have taken part in the show.

1,890 weren’t happy with the inclusion of the MP in this year’s series.

Matt was sacked from his Secretary of State role during the coronavirus pandemic for breaking Covid rules with his aide Gina Coladangelo.

His time in the jungle definitely caused a divide of opinion as a lot of viewers went on to object his treatment by other campmates of the course of the series.
